Decide on how many devices you want your user to be able to read from at the same time by defining a maximum number of simultaneous sessions.

⚠️ The default number of simultaneous sessions allowed for all users is 5. If you want to modify the general number of sessions your users can have at the same time, please write to [email protected].

1. Go to Control Panel > Users
​ a) If the user does not exist: click on Create.

b) If the user already exists in the store: find the user and click on Edit.

3. Define the sessions limit by indicating a number greater than 1:

​4. Click on Save

Done! You have now set the limit for this user. When the number of sessions reach the set maximum, the user will have to log out on a device to be able to connect, otherwise they will not be able to log in to the store again until a session is free (i.e. until they have logged out on another device).
