What is a QR code?
A "Quick Response Code" or "quick response code" provides direct access to a link or other resources simply by scanning it with a smartphone. Facilitates access to a certain website avoiding having to write the URL or access from a link.

💡This tool can be useful to promote your publications on social networks, print flyers, stickers, custom separators for physical books, or simply use it as an alternative to the URL that will direct your users to the publication you want.

1. Go to Control Panel > Content > My inventory or Control Panel > Publications and choose an ebook.

2. Click on the dropdown menu associated with the post and get the code by clicking on “ Generate QR Code ”.

3. Click Print or Download.

Ready! You already have your QR code generated to share with your users.

We share an example of use to promote a QR code associated with a discount coupon:

You can generate a QR code to offer a free or discounted digital publication to your physical book buyers. To do this, follow the previous steps of this tutorial.

Then create a discount coupon by associating the publication. Here we share the article where we show you how to create a coupon step by step.

Create an image placing the QR code next to the discount coupon, indicating to your users that they must use it to access the digital publication.

💡For the example we use Canva to create the image.
