Add a Chatbot

In this article we will show you how you can integrate a chatbot in your store so that you can be more connected with your users.

There are several chatbot service providers that you can integrate into your online store or library. Some of them are:

In this documentation we are going to show you how to add Zendesk and Messenger to your store. If you have questions about how to use or configure the service, you can consult the Zendesk Help Center or Facebook for Developers , depending on the provider chosen.

ZENDESK

1. Go to the Zendesk site and sign up.

2. The site will ask you to verify your email to begin the configuration. Once you have entered the panel you must configure your chat service.

3. When you're done configuring, the code provided by Zendesk to integrate the Chat Widget into your store will look like this:

You must copy the code and paste it into your store, entering

Control Panel -> Settings -> Advanced, Custom before </body> code

After copying the code, click on save and that's it! Your chatbot will look like this:

FACEBOOK MESSENGER

1. Login to your Facebook page and go to Page settings > Messages > Add Messenger to your website and click start.

2. Configure the chat plugin to customize it as you prefer, and in the last step you will need to add your store/library domain here:

Once you're done, you'll be provided with code like this:

3. Copy the code snippet from the previous step, and go to your store to paste it.

Go to Control Panel > Settings > Advanced, Custom before </body> code and paste the code:

After copying the code, click on save and that's it! Your chatbot will look like this:
