It is crucial to know the behaviour of your users in order to plan the type of marketing actions to be carried out.

Go to Control Panel > Users. There you will be able to access two types of metrics:

  • General: In it you will find the complete list of your users together with their individual sessions and reading time. To view them click on Stats.

The following popup modal will be displayed:

There you will be able to choose the time range for which you want to view and/or export the statistics. In case you want to see the accumulated total choose All as shown in the image above; you can also select options such as Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, This week, This month, among others. To download this information in an Excel spreadsheet, Google Sheet or similar, click on Export and in a few moments you will receive the report in your email.

  • Individual: If you want to know the statistics by publication for a specific user, look for the user you want to review and click on the pink number that appears in the Sessions column.
