Downloading a .xlsx file with the consumption metrics of your publications will allow you to know the performance of your Virtual Library in a simpler way and carry out more effective strategies.

Step by step:

1) Go to Control Panel > Posts.

2) Click on Statistics.

3) You will see a drop-down menu where you can choose the time range you require.

4) Then click on "Export"

5) You will receive the report in your Administrator email , in XLSX format. You can open this file with Excel, Google Sheets, or some similar software.

📌 What is an XLSX file?

The XLSX file is the common save format for non-macro tables in Microsoft Excel. It is a completely normal and simple spreadsheet to represent data, in these tables you can perform operations, create diagrams, among others.

📌 What is a CSV file?

CSV (comma-separated values) files are a simple open format document type for representing data in the form of a table, with columns separated by commas and rows separated by line breaks.

In some cases .CSV files need to be edited within the software in which they are opened as by default it is a comma separated file and needs to be converted to a table. In other cases the software opens it directly as a table.
