Partial Refunds for Subscriptions
The Subscription Management Panel gives store administrators a centralized view of all active subscriptions. It complements the existing Plans section by adding real-time visibility into individual orders created through recurring or prepaid plans.
Sometimes you may need to issue a partial refund to a user on their subscription, whether due to a discount, promotion, or any other reason. In this article you will learn how to process those partial refunds for your users on their recurring subscriptions without canceling them.
- Go to Control Panel > Plans > Subscriptions

- Find the subscription you want to manage and click on the 3 dots ... (you can search by ID, email, or plan name)
- You will then see 3 available options
A. REFUNDABLE PAYMENTS
y selecting this option, the following window will open where you can choose to issue a partial refund

- When selecting the Partial Refund option you will need to enter the amount to be refunded

- You will also need to select a reason for the refund before proceeding by clicking the Continue button.

b. Or you can choose to issue a Full Refund.

- With the second option (Full Refund) the same window will open with the amount pre-selected, where you will also need to specify the reason for the refund before clicking Continue.
B. PAUSE INDEFINITELY

- When selecting this option you will need to Confirm the action again before it is carried out.

C. CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

- When selecting this option you will need to Confirm cancellation before the action is carried out.
