Plans metrics
In this article you will learn how to access your plan's metrics.

Your plan metrics will allow you to know the number of sessions, average reading time and total reading time of each of your plan users within the publications you offer in the plan.
1. Go to Control Panel > Plans.
2. Find the plan you would like to analyse and click on the drop-down menu V . You will find two options: users or publications.
a. User stats: you will get a filtered view of the specific users of the plan with their sessions and reading time within the plans publications.

b. Issues stats: you will get the total sessions and accumulated reading time from all users of the plan for each individual publication.
3. You will be able to consult the report on that same window and you may also export it to a spreadsheet to work with Google Sheet or Excel.
In both cases you will be able to choose the time range for which you want to view and/or export the statistics. In case you want to see the accumulated total choose All; you can also select options such as Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, This week, This month, among others. To download this information in an Excel spreadsheet, Google Sheet or similar, click on Export and in a few moments you will receive the report in your email.
