1. Sign in.

If you haven't registered yet, create your user with a Google or Facebook account or with an email and password. Here we share the help article where we show you how.

2. Once you've entered, stay in the main section of the store.

3. Click on the menu

in the upper right margin:

You will see the following options:

Home: this is a quick access link to the main session of the store.

My publications: here you will see all the ebooks or audiobooks that you have purchased. By clicking on them you will be able to see their information and read/listen to them whenever you want.

My downloads: In this section you will find the publications that you have downloaded and that will be available to read offline. Here we share the article where we show you how to read offline.

Only digital type publications can be downloaded in your session to read them without an internet connection.

My Favourites: Posts that you mark as favorites will be stored here. Browse the content and save the ebooks that you found interesting to purchase later.

Account: in this section you can update your password, save billing information, see your reading statistics, access the details of the purchased plan and cancel your subscription.

Contact us: Get in touch with the store's support team. If you have questions, suggestions or any other reason, write a message and click Send. You will receive the answer in your email with the email you registered in the store.

Sign Out: Sign out of your account.

Keep in mind that when you log out you will lose the downloads of publications to read offline, so you will have to download them again the next time you log in.

If you have questions, you can write to the store's Support team, entering with your credentials and clicking on Contact us in the drop-down menu.
