In this article we will show you how to read the sales dashboard metrics.

The Sales Panel will be empty until you start selling publications with your store, both individually and as subscriptions.

Go to Control Panel > Sales.

Check if the data you want to display is set in the currency you need (in case you have more than one currency). The panel splits the data for both the primary and secondary currency.

In the upper right margin (as shown in the image) you will have available the selection of currencies to access the metrics.

Indicate the period of time in which you need to consult the metrics:

You will be able to view the following information:

  • Total Income: Total sales, both individual and subscriptions, in a specific currency.

  • Sales Types: Types of sales made in the store, in percentage and in kind.

  • Prepaid About To Expire: How much money is about to expire in the sale of prepaid subscriptions.
    Recurrings: How much money there is in sales of recurring subscriptions.

  • Recurrings Details: Details of which are the recurring plans purchased and total money, number in brackets.

  • Recurrings Trend: Purchase trend of recurring plans.

  • Prepaid: How much money there is in sales of prepaid subscriptions.

  • Prepaid Details: Details of which are the prepaid plans purchased and total money, number in brackets.

  • Prepaid Trend: Purchase trend of prepaid plans.

  • Individual: Total individual sales in money.

  • Individual Details: Details of which are the publications purchased and total money, number in brackets.

  • Individual Trend: Buying trend of individual publications.
