1. Enter the store and click ok Sign in .

2. Click on Reset password :

3. Enter your registered email (where you will receive the recovery email) and click on Send password reset link:

4. Follow the steps indicated in the recovery email and create a new password.

• Remember to check your junk mail box or SPAM.

• If you have problems or need assistance, contact the support team of the store.
