Refund user payments

In this article, we show you how you can refund your users' payments.

1. Go to Control Panel > Users and find the user you need to refund the payment to.

2. Click on the number of purchased publications or plans under the corresponding column:

3. A window will open in which you will see the publication/plan purchased. There you will have to click on the three dots and then on Refund payment:

4. Choose the reason for the refund and finally click on Refund.

You are done!


  • Your users will see the refund reflected within the following 5 to 10 business days after the refund has been made.

  • Once the refund has been made, the operation cannot be cancelled.

  • By performing this action the user will lose access to the content.

  • In the case of refunding a subscription or plan, the latest term paid will be refunded and access to the content will be lost immediately.
